Information security policy

AnySystem Co., Ltd. ("the Company") works on information security company-wide under the policy below, in order to protect the information assets of our customers and of the Company from all threats — internal or external, deliberate or accidental — and to keep our business running reliably.

Management responsibility

The Company works to improve information security systematically and continuously, led by its management.

Internal structure

The Company maintains a dedicated body for maintaining and improving information security, and sets out its security measures as formal internal rules.

Employee practice

Employees of the Company acquire the knowledge and skills information security requires, and put them into practice.

Legal and contractual compliance

The Company complies with the laws, regulations, standards and contractual obligations relating to information security, and meets its customers’ expectations.

Violations and incidents

Should a breach of law or contract, or an incident, occur in relation to information security, the Company responds appropriately and works to prevent recurrence.
